problems to Huntington' s disease, coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10 ) could
be the key nutrient you need to complete your prevention or recovery
plan. Early studies on the potential therapeutic value of CoQ10
focussed on heart disease. The heart with its high-energy needs has
the highest concentration of CoQ10. Congestive heart failure (CHF) was
one of the first conditions to be studied using CoQ10 preparations.
Clinical applications of CoQ10 in the cardiovascular
area have included diastolic dysfunction, angina pectoris, hypertension,
ventricular arrythmia, mitral valve prolapse and drug induced cardiotoxicity. CoQ10
has another important function in our body as an anti-oxidant. For example,
it helps protect LDL (bad cholesterol) from oxidation, thus reducing
the risk of plaque formation, which can lead to cardiovascular disease.
CoQ10 also interacts with other antioxidants, thus potentiating the
overall effect. As this nutrient tends to be highly insoluble, it is
important to look for a product in which the water solubility has been
enhanced, facilitating absorption into the blood stream. If it has not
been made water soluble, you will have to take a higher dose.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Recommended
for anyone on prescription drugs for lowering cholesterol, as
these drugs generally destroy the body's CoQ10, a vital metabolic
activator. Unfortunately,
not enough doctors inform their patients that they should supplement
with CoQ10 if they are taking prescription medication to lower cholesterol.
CNC Vitamost also has an excellent CoQ10 product - click

many women will have heart attack symptoms similar to those of men,
such as sudden crushing chest pain and shortness of breath; some women
will have atypical symptoms such as indigestion-like discomfort, vague
chest discomfort or pressure, nausea or back pain. These symptoms
are easy to miss, and the bottom line is a woman may not be able to
tell if she is having a heart attack, and as such, these symptoms
should not be ignored by women or their doctors. Signs
